How refund and cancellation requests are handled for @_astrugglingengineer digital products and paid tool access.

Digital guides and paid tools

Products are delivered digitally through Payhip. If you have a delivery problem, duplicate charge, incorrect product or another purchase issue, contact support promptly so it can be reviewed.

Digital-content cancellation rights

For digital content supplied immediately, UK consumer law can allow the 14-day cancellation right to end once supply begins, but only where the required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. If those requirements are not met, statutory cancellation rights may continue. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights.

Refund requests

Refund requests are considered according to the circumstances of the purchase, the condition or conformity of the digital content, applicable consumer law and the payment platform's processing rules. Faulty or misdescribed digital content remains subject to statutory consumer remedies.

Finder Pro

If a qualifying Finder Pro purchase is refunded or reversed, the associated paid access is revoked automatically.
