Information we collect
Depending on what you use, we may collect your email address, Career Diagnostic answers, Sponsorship Finder search criteria, product purchase and payment-status information, and basic website interaction data such as page views, checkout clicks, session identifiers and campaign parameters.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
We process data where it is necessary to provide a tool, result, purchase or paid access you requested; to administer transactions and customer support; to meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations; and, where appropriate, for legitimate interests in understanding how the service is used and improving it. We use service providers including Netlify for site hosting, Payhip and its payment processors for checkout and digital delivery, Airtable for operational records, Make for automation, and Kit where email communication is used. We share only the information reasonably required for those services to operate. We do not sell personal data.

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on the safeguards made available by the relevant provider and applicable law.
Payments
We do not store full payment-card details on this website. Payment information is handled by Payhip and its payment processors.
Browser and session storage

For example, the Sponsorship Finder may remember the email entered for Finder Pro, and product pages use a session identifier to avoid treating every page action as a completely unrelated visit. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings.
Retention
We keep data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including delivery and access control, customer support, accounting and tax records, fraud prevention, legal claims, and product-performance analysis. Retention periods may therefore differ by record type.
